Guest guest Posted April 12, 2010 Report Share Posted April 12, 2010 Have pickling cucumbers. How do you or can you use yogurt starter to ferment them or how does that work? I followed a chef''s recipe on pickles over the weekend--can't eat it. User error I'm sure. These were a science project--used zucchini and onion instead of cucumbers. I need a solid recipe for edible pickles and btw, I'm told pickles are the worst for yeast. Worse than sugar maybe, anyone know? Thanks--sorry for many topics in one.
