Loren, hi, I mash my sweet potatoes with a little Dari-free and then mix

in crushed pineapples to taste. You can put a little brown sugar on top

and rebake for awhile too if you like.

After I boil the sweet potatos til tender I peel them add some margarine and

enough oj to make the right consistency and whip them with a hand mixer. I

usually do this the day before. The day of I take them out of the fridge for

about an hour. Then I put them in the over at 350 degrees for about 30 - 40

minutes. The last 10 minutes I put some gfcf mini marshmellows on top.
