Guest guest Posted November 13, 2001 Report Share Posted November 13, 2001 After I boil the sweet potatos til tender I peel them add some margarine and enough oj to make the right consistency and whip them with a hand mixer. I usually do this the day before. The day of I take them out of the fridge for about an hour. Then I put them in the over at 350 degrees for about 30 - 40 minutes. The last 10 minutes I put some gfcf mini marshmellows on top.
