Guest guest
It's probably an energy thing if he is doing all that. who is the one with the auto immune issues, you or him. If him, he could try LDN - increases sex drive as part of its healing, at least for some people. Mara > My husband and I have been talking about this topic. Two things happened at the same time. 1. We started SCD late December. 2. My husband started renovating our house to sell in early January. > > So, I've been wondering why he hasn't been " in the mood " since then. Haha. A girl mostly wants to feel desired, right? So when her man doesn't " seem " to want her anymore, a girl could start wondering why? > > I know this seems like a personal question. My husband says I look the best I have since we've been married (I'm back to my wedding dress size). He wonders if it's because he's renovating his own home and there's no " break " from all the " chaos " . He's also trying to up his carb intake as he lacks energy by the end of the day. We also have three children, 6 and under (one with autism and one with diarrhea - well neither of them since SCD - YAY)... but, we had all that before December and it wasn't an issue at all. > > So... just wondering if I could hear from other guys or from women whose husbands also might have had this happen to. > > BTW - I suspect my husband has yeast issues as well. We haven't done a yeast diet nor done any yeast " killers " since the beginning as it caused some crazy die-off in the beginning. Might this be contributing to a low sex drive? > > Any thoughts?? > > Thank you so much. I feel a bit awkward asking but where else can I ask. Haha! > > Dawna > > > > > > ------------------------------------ > >
Guest guest
I lost mine a while after starting SCD and it has yet to come back. I didn't have any of the stresses that you're dealing with though I did get shingles and have to use vicodine for a while just before it disappeared so I often wonder if it's a side effect of the pain killers. I don't really have any advice though since, as I said, my libido has yet to reappear. If you find a way to get it going again, please share! It's odd that you would ask this question today because I was just thinking about asking about it last night! Stacey > > My husband and I have been talking about this topic.
