I started the yogurt on intro. I think I started with 1/2 cup, but did well with

it, so was able to move up to 2 cups fairly quickly.

You can add it now. I was probably a little further along before I tried it a

second time (the first time wasn't so great). I tolerated a teaspoon a day and

worked up from there. It probably took over a month before I could tolerate a

whole 7 oz jar. My problem was because I had severe die off each time I'd eat it

(well it was a bad tightening in my abdomen like when my Crohn's was flaring so

I assume that's what it was).

If you experience die off but no other symptoms, take it slow. You can always

make SCD cheesecake (yummy!!!!) which is cooked and kills all the beneficial

bacteria in the yogurt so it shouldn't cause die off. Then you can also see if

it's the yogurt causing your symptoms or something else. I know when I starte

making SCD cheesecake, I didn't have that tightening feeling after eating it.

This is before I realized that cooking killed the beneficial bacteria. It's a

good way to use up the yogurt you'd otherwise through out because it's getting

old.
