I obtained an Olympia Shower Bidet here:

and use it to rinse off before patting the area dry, instead of rubbing

with toilet tissue. Not only did in result in better cleaning, my

anus doesn't get as sore if I happen to be having a flare. They have two

models, one cold water only and one which allows mixing of hot and cold

water.

They also have many other, more expensive bidets, but this one was in my

price range.
