Hello Terre and other I have spoken to on this web site. Just got home from the hospital, I have massive pain on my right side where I got vats, did not expect so much pain. Doctor saw diffuse scaring and I am waiting for pathologist test to hopefully find the reason for my fibrosis. Hoping its not IPF.How are you doing Terre, did you see Dr. Glassberg???Dave

The absolute number isn't the key. It's more keeping at it and the

comparison versus what you were doing, especially after surgery. If one

is reaching say 1500 and then suddenly find themselves only able to hit

800 then thats a sign something has happened that requires medical

attention. Now, 1000 is often considered a danger point but with this

disease we're different. I know others here who only reach about 500 but

are in very good shape.
