Guest guest
HI Sherri Adam (who is now 12 years old, RSS) has that same problem. I had the same experience, his dentist AND myself were watching this one area and all of a sudden we clued into another area where a couple of teeth had come through (way away from where they should have been). I also was lucky enough to see Dr. (I think is his name) at the convention last July. I was thinking the same thing you were " surgery? " " crano-facial? " and on and on. He said that Adam only had a minor over bite (he said many of the RSS kids have a severe overbite) and that everything was looking swimmy for Adam in the teeth department. So what my action is, our regular run of the mill dentist sees Adam at the regular check ups and we take it from there. We are in the stage of where ever a new tooth erupts, the dentist pulls the baby teeth (or tooth) around the area and these new teeth are sliding into the places. It's working now, later we will probably have to look at braces but nothing major. Of course your situation could be totally different, but I thought I'd share with you how things are going for us. My biggest concern right now is his baby molars. They are not out or even ready to COME out and yet they are so worn down, I can see his gums right through the teeth. He has been known to complain the odd time that it " hurts to eat " . Take care Debby
