Guest guest
Hey :)I messed with cabbage juice years ago for my really bad bleeding ulcer. I think that stuff is great!Cayenne has always boggled my mind. Hot spices irritated my ulcer no end, yet people say this can help. Well, what do I know.... but I could never bring myself to try it. I can't reintegrate raw bananas at all right now after going through intro for second time a few weeks ago. I get real bad neuro symptoms, although stomach seems to tolerate a few bites of banana. I think it's interesting what the GAPS people have to say about this. Yesterday I finally gave up and tried cooking the bananas. I can eat them this way no problem!! Yay!! I've had 6 so far. Can't get enough :)really wondering why this is.........anyways, I don't know if cooked bananas help ulcers like raw ones do, but I can sure eat 3 .....might not be such a good plan for people with bad C problems though :(Best!! :)p.s. do you have ulcer(s) right now? stomach, duodenal? I read this site a lot.http://www.naturalnews.com/028644_stomach_ulcers_remedies.html Although there are some suggestions that are illegal, I thought they offered some interesting ideas. Just curious what anyone thought? The cabbage juice seems like a good idea. What about cayenne? 3 bananas a day seems like it could be a lot for some people. michelleuc
