I would say it is some of both. Initially before you learn that you have to

eat slower in order to " taste " your food, you can sometimes get a full

stomach before you are satisfied with what you have gotten to taste. As you

relearn what type of portion you will be able to eat you eat slower and then

are both physically 'full " and satisfied all together. Hope this makes sense.

Hi Rand-

I feel like I should eat more! However, my tiny new tummy tells me " NO

WAY! " I couldn't actually finish the first piece and, then, only after

having a lactase pill to keep me from exploding from the cheese.
