My son surprised me and swallowed the time soft get CLO I found for very

inexpensive at walmart. I put it in his apple sauce ont eh spoon and it went

right down. He did ok with peanut butter or jelly too. Now he is learning to

do it on purpose and swallowed the B6 vits. I tried the oil and I couldn't

swallow it either.

We had the same experience. The cost difference makes it worth trying!

The softgels are slippery so they go down more easily than a regular

" pill. "

Re: Inexpensive CLO gelcaps from Walmart. Please be very cautious about

codliver oil. I only know of one company which will guarantee their codliver

oil caps to be MERCURY FREE, and that's Kirkman's. I think most will agree

that mercury is a definite danger to our kids and must be avoided--even if it

means paying a little more for your CLO.

Just my 2 cents...

I seem to remember Kirkman labs having a new brand last spring, it

came in single dose packages and tasted like orange pudding

you might want to try there. www.kirkmanlabs.com

My Name is Tricia and I have a son who will be three in a couple of weeks. He

has autism and he has been gluten free for about three months. The diet is

obviously helping to improve the symptoms of autism. I am still learning things

and I am interested in hearing about the cod liver oil. I am assuming the

benefits are from the omega three fatty acids but I don't know much about it.

Can you tell me your experience with it? I don't know the issues you are

dealing with but any information would be helpful. Thanks my e-mail is
