Or air, for that matter. Um, use bottled water and/or boil it and let it cool before adding to gelatin? Or you could try the coconut milk and see how it works. It's just gonna be going in the fridge. And I'm guessing that if you use water that you would normally drink, it's no different having it in the yogurt.
