Add to yoghurt? I love horseradish! My husband loves fresh horseradish, peeled and ground up to about the size of pressed garlic, and then mixed with a small amount of oil. One brand he had was horse radish mixed with mustard oil. Talk about CLEAR YOUR SINUSES! I don't care for it quite that potent: I make a mayo-based remoulade sauce: 1 recipe mayo, using 1/4 cup homemade creole mustard. Add 1/4 tsp salt, white pepper and powdered horseradish (could use up to a teaspoon of freshly grated horseradish) and a few drips of Tabasco.
