If you check the UHC website www.uhc.com you might find that Dr Elariny is a

UHC In-network Provider (at least for UHC Select Plus POS.)

I have United Healthcare and they cover several of the doctors at Mt.

Sinai as " In-Network " . The hospital and anesthesiologist (sp?) were

covered also! After my out-of-pocket max was meet, they have paid

everything at 100%

I don't know where you live, however, if you're willing to travel for

the surgery UHC will cover the NYC docs.
