And when should I try and reintroduce yogurt? I need something more filling in my diet that will sit nice and easy. The Yogourmet starter which Lucy carries is excellent for cow milk yogurt. It does have a small amount of cow dairy in it to support the bacteria, so if you are sensitive to cow dairy, that might have been your problem. (I have made goat yogurt with Yogourmet, and was fine with it.) When you get your Progurt starter, I would start with goat's milk yogurt first. It is thinner than cow's milk, but can be dripped or drained. — Marilyn New Orleans, Louisiana, USA Undiagnosed IBS since 1976, SCD since 2001 Darn Good SCD Cook No Human Children Shadow & Sunny Longhair Dachshund Babette the Foundling Beagle
