Guest guest
Carmen, You can get mother's margarine in most supermarkets, but there I have found they all have soy. Passover is a Jewish holiday that is around the time of Easter. passover foods do not have soy in them, thus the soy free margarine. I go to the jewish deli near me during this time and buy quite a bit of it. I then put it in my freezer downstairs that I bought for this purpose. I have been very happy with this margarine and the way it handles during cooking. Usually Passover is listed on the calendar, if that helps you for a time frame.
