Teff is the same as millet, usually only a bit finer. Arrowhead Mills

sells millet flour. I can sub this equally for rice flour in most

recipes, but it tends to make things brown quicker, so sometimes you need

to adjust the temperature and/or cover the product. It has a very good

taste.
