Guest guest
Hi, sorry I took awhile to answer this , but I am so busy packing (I am moving in with my dad, he's VERY sick). So I have been bouncing around my emails and I just came across this now. LJ showed a dramatic change in his learning with this diet. Plus he actually wanted to learn. He started reading and now is an excellent reader. He prints (not the best, but he trys real hard), he spells easy words and will try and spell anything if you sound it out to him. I work very hard with him in the house too. I buy almost every book I find with dittos for him to do, we do arts & crafts, I put him in dance class, Tiger cubs and found a church that accepted him into their Bible school. We play our own version of scrabble and he has fun learning. The computer software he enjoys also. I pack lunch and a 2nd breakfast for him for school and snacks. I sent a letter with him (15 copies) his 1st day of school for anyone who works with him to know about his diet. I travel with meals, beverages and snacks ANYWHERE I go, even if I don't plan on staying, only cause yopu never know. I even pack an entire thing when ever I had to take him to an emergency room. I have no relative problems as its only my dad and a brother (who is dairy free himself). My friends know better than to say anything different to me. And if they come to my house they have to accept what I offer them or not eat or drink. Never went to Disney world (wish I could afford it!!) so I haven't stumbled across that yet, but many on the list have gone so maybe someone else will post if you repost a Disney question. Good luck with all this. (LJs mom) in New York * On Thu, 20 Sep 2001 08:38:28 -0500 " Puckett " writes: > Hi , > Did you notice a > marked > improvement in LJ's cognitive abilities?
