Guest guest
my son's school autism itenerate(ai) just went to some seminar that Dr. Ron Leaf was the speaker at. he wrote a book called " a work in progress " The school's ai was never positive about the diet and said that it was more socially isolating than the behavor deffisits were. he came back saying that this doc said that the diet was BAD and absolutly wrong... i believe in the diet's benefits... but can anyone tell me about this doc and what he is all about and if my idiot ai quoted him correctly.... by the way we are starting home schooling in 2 weeks...due to the fact that the school won't support the diet in any way shape or form....even with a doctor's order.... stinking school....NEVER NEVER NEVER move to charleston wv... the itty bitty towns do soooo much better... thank you for listening.... neva

Guest guest
I'm pretty sure that Ron Leaf is, or was, part of the Autism Partnership in Long Beach, CA...big-time ABA folk. I am sure they believe in ABA therapy far more than diet, although they ought to ask the ABA psychologist in our town, who has seen kids soar through their ABA programs when they are on the diet.
