Guest guest Posted November 13, 2008 Report Share Posted November 13, 2008 its like bandage cloth material you buy it in the pharmacy section many people use it for all types of things like blisters in shoes (runners) basically its sticky on one side you just cut a peice of it & stick inside the helmet where the spot is that is rubbing. lol I did not know what it was either at first but it was a great help. > > > > So has been in his helmet since last Wednesday.
