We prefer DariFree (especially if it's really cold and well shaken). Debbie

Guest guest
When I cook with Dari-Free, it makes the food too sweet, so I assumed that it would be sweeter, too. I'm interested to see if your kids get the white poop. Would you give us a poop bulletin? LOL! > > << Anyway, it seemed really > > bland to me, I thought it'd be more sweet than > that.. Guest guest
, White poop from Darifree? Where have I been? I suppose since I add chocolate syrup to the Darifree you won't get white poop as the end result. LOL Anyway, it's good to know in case some day I see a white poop in the toilet! Can you imagine that trip to the pedi? Janelle

Guest guest
Juli - Jeff only got white poops when on Darifree :0) No darifree - no white poops Basically - artifical colors/flavor additives in food - the poops came out looking like the food - just like the darifree Its all in the poops - I am convinced! Guest guest
* , HI!! I have LJ on Dari-free but now from reading your post I'm concerned. LJ is also no artificial colors, - titanium is a natural color (am I correct or wrong?) I want LJ artificial color, flavor and preservative free. I know Dari-free had many things in it but I was told they are all natural. I remember awhile ago you posted something on here about - if it has too many ingredients and you can't pronounce them, try and avoid them. This is the only product LJ uses that is like that and I am hoping its ok, as he can't have rice or soy beverage. He hasn't had any problems with it, but if its chemically made and artificial then.................. Please let me know if you know. Thanks (LJs mom) in New York * On Thu, 25 Oct 2001 21:56:25 -0700 Ackerman writes: > Juli - Jeff only got white poops when on Darifree :0) > No darifree - no white poops > Basically - artifical colors/flavor additives in food - the poops > came out > looking like the food - just like the darifree > > Its all in the poops - I am convinced! > A jeffs mom > > Re: Re: Darifree? > > > > --- JULIANA MENDENHALL > wrote: > > Keep in mind that white poop is a sign of liver > > trouble too. Guest guest
Hi (LJs Mom in NY) Early on in the GF CF diet journey, Darifree just did not work for us. I cannot tell you EXACTLY what about Darifree did not work for Jeff. All I know is, Darifree has Natural Flavors listed in the ingredients list. I have no idea what natural flavors means whenever it is listed. It is kind of a " freebie " for food manufacturers with no guidelines on what it means. So we avoid it at all times in all products when it comes to Jeff. Since it has been over a year since that experience, I was thinking of trying it again just to see if Jeff is still intolerant. I have not gotten around to it. (Maybe it is the fear of white poops??) I know all of us are freaked out about metals and issues about metals for our kids. We should be for their sake. However, Karyn Seroussi and many other reputable sources has assured us the titanium dioxide is safe. A recent Austim NDI newsletter wrote an entire article about it. I tried to see if they have the article online but could not locate it. Darifree's site does not mentioned it either. The www.gfcdiet.com site wrote a blurb on it as well.. I cannot locate that one either (sorry I tried!) Another note: Darifree is now making a " titanium dioxide " free product available on special request. If you like their product and want more info re: this new product release email them at info@... I have no ties w/ Darifree. I just like options for our kids -- life is complicated enough right? Take care A jeffs mom Re: Re: Darifree? > > > > --- JULIANA MENDENHALL > wrote: > > Keep in mind that white poop is a sign of liver > > trouble too.
