oh so true marilyn - way pre-scd i was living off their sweet cornflakes and

awesome milk/cream when there - and sorry to say it here but oohhh their

chocolate!!!! crunchie bars and flakes!!!!!!!! ok back to current life - don't

miss them much actually - shocking - always feels like an outerbody experience

when i'm psyched for scd like meat onions and avocado mixed together (my lastest

favorite) it's still so weird!!!!!
