How should I go about bringing up LDN to my Dr. at my appointment tomorrow? I think I'm through with this lialda stuff. I was even doing much better on asacol. Also, what is a good source of bromelain for SCD? I'm gathering a list of things to discuss at my appointment and I want to try and go over everything I think is hurting and might help my symptoms.

Any other suggestions to reduce inflammation? S. Bouldardii? Enzymes? LDN?

I would strongly suggest LDN. It's an excellent compliment to the diet.

Marilyn might have another one that she prefers -- she is the one who

first mentioned it.

The Freeda one is good. There are a LOT of brands out there, but, darn

their hides, most of them have rice flour or maltodextrin in them, making

them illegal.
