Guest guest
Gale, Yes that is pretty much where I am now, though 4 years ago, I needed oxygen therapy 24/7. I don't use O2 therapy at the moment, though at times I would love to have it during more strenuous work, which I avoid now. Hopefully you can live for a while on that plateau you seem to be on. As you may have read by now, for most of us, this disease progresses very gradually most of the time, then suddnly takes a turn for the worst, after which another period slow progresion. But I do cough a lot, which wasthe primary symptom that led to CT scans and a biopsy in 05. I hope you will have a similr experience as mine. If you notice, many on this board have lived quite a while with this disease. Before joininging this board I didn't hold out much hope for my life. Take the best care you can of yourself. Take eaay it comes, and may each dbe special. Jerry/Mississippi/54/IPF/dx April 95Who believes that hard times help us appreciate the good times even more. If so, what symptoms are you having. My 02 runs from 94-97 going lower when I have physical activity. Does that compare with anyone?
