This looks doable, thanks, Terry.

I do have cranberries in freezer-- learned when they first disappeared

end of Tgiving and I was missing the orange cranberry relish that is

so yum--and easy. They re-appeared for xmas and I did stock p. And

didn't make the lots of relish I'd envisioned enjoying.

I wonder if someone will try this w honey/dilute honey and if so, let

us know how it goes.

I have had this in my favorites for awhile. It is how to make sugar

free dried cranberries. I haven't yet tried it.
