Guest guest
Sue, The Mc's french fries are listed as GFCF, but there is often cross contamination. We allow our kids to have them only with 2-3 EnZymAids or SerenAids. Our McD's have separate fryers for the fries and chicken nuggets, etc, but the oil from both fryers is strained through the same equipment without cleaning. Also, the manager said (confidentially) that many McD's do use one of the french fry bins to prepare nuggets while the nugget fryer is quickly being cleaned during the work day. We do try to limit the fries somewhat because they are sprayed with a chemical anti foaming agent that probably isn't the greatest. My two sons have sensory integration issues, so the Play Place is a life saver at times. Best wishes, (mom to 3 that have been GFCF+ for 2+ yrs)
