Guest guest
Hi all, I want to eat as fresh foods as i can after surgery. I've had many reports from friends who have greatly improved their health from drinking a lot of carrot juice, brocolli, and other fresh juices (NOT fruit, I know that is a problem) that contain the " living " digestive enzymes that are killed when food is sprayed with pesticides, cooked or processed. Has anyone reported problems with eating fresh veggies? And do we need to eat MORE of these becasue they are malabsorbed (I have heard complex carbs, such as most veggies, are absorbed 50%, so at that low, i would want to supplement them as well as the protein a few months out.)
