Guest guest
Thank you so much for posting your talk it really made my day. I am a Gagner Post-op and following some posts that I saw her I really wondered how long my common channel really was since I thought that he couldn't measure it as well with lap. Now I know that at max it is 110cm. This is a great relief to me. As to you comments about the left over stomach from typical RNY it should be said that there is serious evidence that this is prime area for ulcers to form. And there are still nerves attached talk about mysterious abdominal pain that is difficult to diagnose. And as we all know ulcers can lead to stomach Cancer. In addition to which I am sure that we all know atleast RNY patient who staples popped. Better to seal the whole thing off than to have the staples pop on you. Good Luck on your surgery!!
