Guest guest
My sister invited me to Thanksgiving dinner and said she is getting food from Honey Baked Ham. I sent an e-mail to Honey Baked this morning requesting what foods are gluten & casein free. I gave them the link of the gfcfdiet.com's unacceptable list, explained the concern of cross-contamination and told them I was going to share what information they send to an e-list of over 2000 families. I just got an e-mail that the corporate office is working on it and will send me a response soon. I will keep you all informed.
Guest guest
I called the Honey Baked Ham company last year and they told me that they could not guarantee against cross contamination and that some of the hams were not gluten free. Hopefully it has changed by now but that was what I was told last year.
