Please help me! I need crock pot recipes. I have two

cookbooks that are for the diet and many others that I

am trying to adapt recipes from. I have spent hours

searching the Internet for recipes. I can't seem to

find GFCF crock pot recipes and I am dyeing to use my

crock pot. (I have a brand new one still sitting in

the box.) Would you please post your favorite crock

pot recipe. We are only doing a GFCF diet. Thank you

so much in advance. This list is wonderful!

Good Morning Jasmine, How about barbecued short ribs? I trimmed the fat off

the ribs and cooked them in the crock pot most of the day. About an hour or 2

before dinner I drained most of the liquid off and covered the ribs with

Hunts Barbecue Sauce. It was a hit here last night.

Good luck,

Rhonda

I saved an earlier post of this one-it is not my recipe but very good and

easy in a crock pot.

I posted this recipe to the recipe group, it looks

like a hit, so I thought I'd post it here too.

This is my absolute favorite source of crock pot

recipes. Many can be adapted to the GFCF diet.
