I haven't heard really good things about Bob's Red Mill Flour. Mostly, it's from

Elana's Pantry and other almond flour cook sites that have said Bob's Red Mill

Almond Flour is too " grainy " to use -- more of an almond meal than a real almond

flour.

Suggested brands are Lucy's Kitchen Shop, Digestive Wellness and Honeyville

Farms.
