Yes, newly post op you could easily get this from high fat foods. I do have

to say that I am a lucky one and eating fats never makes BMs urgent (my

definition of diarrhea). I eat as much fat as I want and never have urgency

problems.

And due to how short my small bowel was, Dr. Hess only made my common channel

50cm.

Even if I have to wait a year after surgery that pork

steak is going to be soooo goood. pre- adulthood that

was my absolute favorite and I don't mind waiting just

knowing that someday I can have it again without the

guilt.
