Guest guest
What about pain, irritation/itchiness and B -- all part of the healing process? In short order, yes. For itchiness and irritation, I would use vitamin E enemas - from 2000 to 8000 IUs daily if the irritation is out of reach. Or insert some coconut oil by finger. Or use Carlson's vitamin E rectal inserts. They are mostly coconut oil with a little vitamin E. I feel like I healed so much faster when I did SCD 5 years back before I stopped. That may be true - the disease is harder to heal the longer you have it. Which is why dealing with it promptly and/or when young is the best thing to do for yourself. Also, you may very well have worse critters now than then. Also, memory tens to even out the ups and downs. Mara
Guest guest
Also, for the pain, take epsom baths - they really help. Even if you can just pop into the bath for 10 minutes beforework, it can help. MaraWhat about pain, irritation/itchiness and B -- all part of the healing process?
