i am a mother of a three year old son who had suffered from plagio and had to

use a doc band from 7 months to 11 months and the results were great he was a

bit older when he started so the result was a little less than say if he started

at 4 months, but still i liked the progress he made. i now have twin 7 month

old daughters and i noticed at about 2 1/2 months that one of my girls started

exhibiting the same signs, at 4 months my daughter recieved the doc band, she

grew in it ok, however, i had begun to notice something. i noticed that right

where the band ends around the ears it seemed almost like the bone behind the

ears was starting to protrude a little more than what i had ever noticed before,

i was being told that it was excess fluid that made it seem so but now that she

is out of the band the fluid is gone and the bones are still really prominent

almost like since there was no space for the bone to grow it was growing more

outward than it would have otherwise, she has also been diagnosed with

tortocollis and i have had 2 doctors tell me that it does not look normal when i

saw her cranial tech about my concerns she said that it looked normal to her so

now i am unsure if she just has really prominent bones or if something is really

wrong because of the band has anyone had anything similar to this occur can

anyone give me advice as to what i should do? i would really be grateful.
