Guest guest
My 2 year old has digestive issues - candida/bacterial overgrowth but no signs of autism. Most of her issues seem to stem from the fact that she does not chew her food, and when I puree her veggies she does fine. She has been doing GREAT with goat yogurt for probably 6 months now. She tolerates cow cheese and butter just fine, so I am thinking about switching her to cow yogurt. My reasons are it tastes better (I would think), the texture is much nicer (I make it for DH - he is not SCD but is hooked on the yogurt) and I can buy it organic locally. Plus, a gallon of organic cow milk is cheaper than a half gallon of non-organic goat milk! So what do you think, should I go for it?
