Guest guest Posted April 9, 2010 Report Share Posted April 9, 2010 OK, as you all know from my gloating, I am thrilled to have cheese back. But I read that cheese can aggravate candida. I'd like to know why? Since we eat cheeses that have nearly all the lactose out of them, is that little bit enough to aggravate candida or is it something else? Also, I am about to try yoghurt (though that's no taste treat to me) Can I make a very little bit, like a cup or a pint?
