The kids' questions always caught me off guard too, they just blurt it out, not

like adults who might try to word their questions carefully. I would just say

" it's to help make his head nice and round, like yours. " They might not

understand how it works, but it was usually enough to ease their curiosity.

Hope that helps!

they ask why your baby is wearing a helmet? I was caught off guard. My boy just

started wearing it and the kids are very curious about it. What's a simple yet

not too far from the truth answer? So he doesn't hurt himself when he falls is

good for the young ones I guess.

not complaining about it. i am completely amazed at how laid back he behaves

about it. Fingers crossed. Minor heat rash yesterday but my fault, he pretty

much spent the day in and out of the car and it is soo hot right now here.
