Can anyone help on this? Please and thanks in advance!

Thanks guys, the salmon is actually pacific, so it isn't farmed, however I can't

figure out the preservatives. There is no pacific salmon to be found in these

parts without these additives, sadly. I don't do atlantic, it's the farmed

stuff, for the most part. May just have to live without it. I finally found

horseradish root today, though, so that solves one dilemma.
