I use my unrefined raw organic virgin coconut butter sometimes for

frying eggs. I just can't eat it like nut butters but I love the

over-easy eggs cooked in the coconut butter. Don't think I'd want it

all the time--and I bet banana pancakes would be great with it.

(Probably a great waste of coconut butter lol).
