This is my first time posting, however for the past 4 months I have been reading all of the older posts and taking notes on all that I have learned. And oh, boy...indeed a journey it has and will continue to be. I have been SCD for the past 1 year and 4 months. I am following the PB guideline for the introduction of new legal food and I have come across a few doubts/questions with regards to the berries: > For instance, I am about to incorporate berries (blue, ras, straw,and etc.) and I am unsure on how to go about peeling and deseeding such fruits.
