Guest guest
Hi ( & all), I wondered how old was your son when you started gfcf & how long did it take to see results? (Anyone can answer that as well, I'd love to get an idea). I'm considering consulting a nutritionist before getting started & perhaps having some testing done. Regarding KidCalm, I've used it before but it didn't help much. Does it have a cumulative effect? Do you have to use it on a consistent basis to see calming results? I only used it on an " as needed " , but actually very seldom (much less than needed!) basis. Thanks again, Michele
Guest guest
April, I'm sorry to sound dim, but do you use lavender oils & right on her? Or lavender cream or something else? Thanks again, Michele
Guest guest
KidCalm-magnesium, vitamin B6, zinc, st. s Wort extract, valerian root extract, GABA, L-Tyrosine, Kava root extract, melissa extract, grape seed extract - from hfs.http://www.enzy.com/ This worked well for my son, though now that he's 11 yo I've taken him off this and giving him some of these separately.
