Can it be a good idea to only eat intro food + very very soft boiled butternut

squash for 3 days and introduce homemade yogurt?

I tried to make almond yogurt for 4 months ago but got a bad die off and stopped

with it again. But that is 4 months since so maybe I tolerate it better now?

about 35 minutes instead of 45, so they weren't as soft as usual. During the

evening my stomach " bubbled " and I had some gas. Stools in the evening were

small and hard with some small pieces of undigested food. Very tired and sleepy

all day.

Again I was impatient and probably didn't boil it for long enough. But no pain.

> > Thursday: Woke up because I had to go to the bathroom and had very loose

stools. Had a casserole with broccoli/cauliflowe r for dinner and pain

afterwards. Probably should have been boiled longer. But energywise I was ok.

with larger orange " stripes " . Bits of undigested food. Later the same day:

strong pains around the area of my " follicular tubes " , then stools. Lots of

carrot bits and other bits. Not good.

stools. Like rabbit droppings with fibre threads. Started pureeing everything I

ate from Monday morning.

still making " rabbit droppings " . Completely separate little balls. Sometimes

orange. Often pain on the side of my stomach just before I have to

go. Sometimes first " droppings " then a larger lump. Then I always get strong

pains in my left side, so painful that I can't stand up.
