Re: how much calcium powder do you add if baking?

Trina,

I asked that same ? a month or so ago and nobody who responded knew.

I called Kirkman's and the customer ser. woman asked the chemist and

they were telling me some math equation to help determine how much to

add and that's when I decided that dumping a big spoonful in to all

batters would work well enough for us.

BTW, that is what the woman at Kirkman's said she would do too! :-)
