Guest guest
Glad others have given you good ideas, as my solution when I had a major candida overgrowth was to do without gelatin [grin]. I’m not particularly fond of gelatin, triggers nausea even on my better-digestion days, so I didn’t miss it during my yeast elimination SCD years. Kim M. SCD 6 years >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Is there a way to make the gelatin without honey or fruit juice? I ask because I suspect a candida overgrowth and don't want to feed any bad guys. Can you make it with water? I know it's bland, but maybe it will be somewhat filling? Maybe Kim could answer this... what can I substitute the juice with?
