Hi Steve,

I had a death in the family (my mother-in-law, I was very close) and

I haven't had the time to keep up with the group. I logged on today

and it seems like everyone is congratulating you. What's up and I

guess I'll congratulate you as well. All you have to do is tell me

what.

I'm not sure if you remember me, there are so many in the group and

you seem to play the role of the (pardon the expression) " the Big

Kahuna " . Do you remember that phrase from the original Gidget? I'm

Babs from Baltimore. I'm the one who was rejected 3X from Optimum

choice for any WLS and now I just received an " open enrollment

packet " from BCBS of land. I can only hope this goes well. I feel

like I've been fighting the surgical battle for a long time already.

Time flies when you're having fun, I guess.

I did read the Hull had his surgery. I hope he's doing well.

He appears to be very knowledgeable and I can't wait until he's ready

to share his surgical experience with the group.

I'm glad I'm congratulating you and not saying I'm so sorry. I don't

need anymore bad news right now. Well, congratulations once again for
