Guest guest
I'm not Eileen, but I get a colander and line it with the disposable, paper coffee filters and then put the yogurt in. I put the colander in the sink or over a bowl to catch the water. Guest guest
Per Marilyn's directions, I line a colander with a clean cotton cloth, put the yogurt in, fold the extra cloth over the top or it will drip out into your fridge, and stick it in the fridge overnight. If you want yogurt cheese (as a replacer for cream cheese or DCCC), you can put something kind of heavy on top after it drips and drip it longer. I don't usually have coffee filters (I have a old fashioned metal non electric drip pot that has a built in filter) but they are nice to have on hand for cleaning windows and mirrors too.
