Guest guest
Hi All Californians (or neighboring states) I just wanted to let you know about a conference in Southern California coming up on January 11 & 12, 2002. Here are the details: Location: Disneyland Hotel, Anaheim - CA. Dates: January 11 & 12, 2002 Speakers: Dr Jeff Bradstreet, Dr Jerry Kartzinel, Dr Wakefield, June Hoefling, Mc Who Should Attend: Parents & Doctors Topics: - How to combine medical, behavioral and nutritional therapies to maximize development (wow, a doctor that believes in a GF CF DIET!) - The role of food allergies and sensititivites and how to reduce problems - How to determine if heavy metals play factor in your childs issues and what to do about it - What lab tests you should run and why - Using behavioral techinques for dealing with biological induced difficult behaviors - What you can do about solving bowel problems and how they are connected to childrens behaviors - Interact w/ top doctors and researchers in the field of Autism Costs: $375 per person / see below The reason why I am excited about this conference is that the ICDRC is willing to work with parents on costs. Recently they sent 5,500 mailers across the US to invite folks to the conference. What the organizers let me know is that if parents need assistance with sponsoring part of the conference fees or scholarship opportunities, that is available. You can send an email to ICDRC at: info@... or call 1- for information about scholarship or discount opportunties for the 2 day conference. I know you are NOT supposed to advertise on this board. I am sorry if this feels like an advertisement. I just know when there is a good deal to be had, I want to know about it! So I thought you would want to know about this. If not, hit the delete key! Take care A Jeffs mom
Guest guest
I would think the restriction of advertising is limited to products. Conferences can be helpful and that is the purpose of this list. Don't apologize for posting. > Hi All Californians (or neighboring states) > > I just wanted to let you know about a conference in Southern California > coming up on January 11 & 12, 2002. > Here are the details: > > Location: Disneyland Hotel, Anaheim - CA. > Dates: January 11 & 12, 2002 > Speakers: Dr Jeff Bradstreet, Dr Jerry Kartzinel, Dr > Wakefield, June Hoefling, Mc > Who Should Attend: Parents & Doctors > > Topics: > - How to combine medical, behavioral and nutritional therapies to maximize > development (wow, a doctor that believes in a GF CF DIET!) > - The role of food allergies and sensititivites and how to reduce problems > - How to determine if heavy metals play factor in your childs issues and > what to do about it > - What lab tests you should run and why > - Using behavioral techinques for dealing with biological induced difficult > behaviors > - What you can do about solving bowel problems and how they are connected to > childrens behaviors > - Interact w/ top doctors and researchers in the field of Autism > > Costs: $375 per person / see below > > The reason why I am excited about this conference is that the ICDRC is > willing to work with parents on costs.
