It's been about 32 hours since I first ate my goat yogurt and I'm still feeling

pretty good. No unusual bathroom visits. I'll wait till tomorrow to be sure.

when I use the bathroom and it's first thing in the morning even though it's

like 8 times in a row... ok, TMI! Anyway, i'm able to tell in the morning if I

ate something that i'm reacting to because that's the only time I go, so for

me.. it's 24 hours. You'll eventually know how long it takes for you after

you've eaten something that doesn't agree with you. For now, i'd wait 2 days to

be safe.
