Guest guest
Just FABULOUS, !! I'm not to a 16 yet, but the Dr. used a REGULAR blood pressure cuff on me today. It seems a great day for milestones. Keep it up (or should I say) DOWN! Marcia Hey everyone - I'm a size 16 I can't believe it --- I wrote a few weeks ago about being a size 18 (like a month ago or something??) and how surprised and pleased I was... Now, I'm into a LARGE in most pants/tops/sweaters and wear size 16 in most cases! Holy Cow! I've been having a great time shopping, getting nice clothes (for once) and feeling MYSELF again after all these years!!!!! I want to start working out with weights when I get back to NYC --- I'm really motivated to get 'firmed up' (not to mention wanting to prevent osteoperosis by lifting weights as recommended in the 30's)..... I definately want to go for a breast lift/reduction and perhaps a tummy tuck -- I'm really not sure if I'll need it or not (I'll discuss it with the surgeon in January at my 12 month checkup)... I still have a tummy but it hasn't really gotten in the way of clothes fitting (yet). I think I must have lost inches b/c I am down to 205 --- from 213 and the sizes just keep dropping, man! LOL All the best, lap ds with gallbladder removal January 25, 2001 Dr. Gagner/Mt. Sinai/NYC nine months post-op and still feelin' fabu preop: 307 lbs/bmi 45 now: 205 --- more than 100 lbs gone and size 16! Holy cow! ----------------------------------------------------------------------
