Guest guest
How do you find out if your kids have an allergy to these products? Is it w/the skin pricking allergy test or is it a more complicated test? Or do you just eliminate and then put items back in the diet and watch? Every time I think I have this stuff down something else comes up and boggles my mind. Thanks, Loren

I just made an appt for my child to get allergy tested next week. I will be anxious to see what turns up. It will just be the skin prick test as far as I know. I decided that after 3 mos on gfcf, I could tell what was in her diet enough to start eliminating the culprits. But, I just want to be sure they are what I think they are. I think corn and choclate cause her problems. Hopefully the allergy test agrees, then I will feel more comfortable taking her off those foods. I'll let you know what I learn.I dididn't plan on doing the allergy test bc I thought unless it was a blood test, it wasn't very accurate. But , then her eczema has gotten worse, so decided, what the heck. Anyway, I'll let you know.,. Janelle
