insurance and price question about DOC band

i have read some stuff online but i'd like someone who's been thru this to help

me out please!!! i am new to this board and i have made an appt for my son for

monday morning. i called bcbs yesterday just to see what they would cover adn

she told me $600 MAX!!! i find that appalling. i was just curious if anyone with

this insurance actually got them to approve more than the $600.

also, if you pay upfront don't they give you some kind of discount?

what is the actual price and then what would the discount price be??

thanks for any help with this matter!
